The area is renowned for its beautiful scenery and rich biodiversity, as well as the rock of the cliffs known as the Twelve Apostles. Hiking and Pony trekking are popular. Don’t pass through the area without visiting the Thabana-Ntlenyana Mountain, which at 3482m absl, is the highest point in Southern Africa. It is the starting point for extreme 4 by 4 trekking to Sehlabathebe.
